Eloquent — "Say exactly what you mean — and make it land." These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eloquent app and related services. By accessing or using Eloquent, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Paid access is offered through Eloquent Pro (entitlement ID: eloquent_pro), managed via RevenueCat and purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play (and any web billing we may add).
By subscribing, you agree that payment, renewal, and expiry are governed by the terms of the platform (Apple or Google) where you made the purchase.

By submitting this content, you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service — including to process your audio and profile data to provide coaching, personalize the experience, and improve the product. You must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates others' rights. We may suspend or remove content and accounts that breach these Terms.
Coaching and feedback are powered by our backend (with a configurable base URL). We send your audio and context to our systems for analysis and to generate feedback.
Use of Eloquent involves third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply where relevant. These include:

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Eloquent, you accept the Privacy Policy. It describes how we collect, use, store, and share data — including account data, onboarding and profile information, audio, analytics, and sharing with the third parties listed above.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Eloquent for your personal, non-commercial use (or as we otherwise permit).

All rights in the app, content, branding, and technology remain with us (or our licensors). Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
Coaching and feedback are for self-improvement only. They are not legal, medical, or professional advice. Do not rely on them for decisions that require licensed advice.
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. in the app, by email, or by posting the updated Terms). Continued use after notice (or after posting, where permitted) constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we may require you to accept the new Terms before continued use.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or at our discretion. You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account.
