Eloquent is a speaking and communication coaching app. You can practice with prompts, record audio, get AI feedback on precision, presence, and calibration, follow lessons, and take part in a 30-day challenge. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use Eloquent.

Some of this information (goals, pain points, custom context) may be sensitive. We use it only to provide and personalize the service and protect it with the same security measures we apply to other personal data.
Our backend receives: audio files, prompt text, profile/profile summary, device ID, original and improved text for feedback, and your Firebase ID token (for authentication). The backend uses LLMs and audio processing to provide coaching. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Data may be processed in the region where our backend and service providers operate. For example, PostHog analytics are processed in the EU (eu.i.posthog.com). Firebase, RevenueCat, and our backend may operate in other regions (e.g. the US). Where we or our processors transfer data outside your region (e.g. from the EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required by law.

Eloquent is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from users in those age groups. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us at eloquentapp2@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (e.g. encryption, access controls, secure APIs). No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to protect your information.

Eloquent may link to external sites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We recommend reading their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
